Bilateral superior subluxation of lens

Superior subluxated lens in both eyes of a young male. The patient was tall and thin. There was good vision in both eyes as the lens was clear and wll centred in the undilated pupil. You can also see the view of retina and optic nerve head through a 90D lens.

Obliquely inserted Optic Nerve Head

Oblique insertion of optic disc in the right eye of a young female. She had myopic astigmatism in this eye.
