traumatic dislocation of lens of the eye
40yr old lady, presented with this picture of traumatic posterior dislocation of lens after a blunt injury with a steel drinking glass which a child threw and accidentally hit her right eye. you can see that the right eye is aphakic. the lens was seen in the vitreous on indirect ophthalmolscope.
